UK based IMI plc. places two-year order to further expand the use of XMReality Remote Guidance
XMReality AB (publ) has received an order from IMI division Critical Engineering for XMReality Remote Guidance. The contract covers a 24-month software subscription including branding which is additional.
IMI, a UK based industrial company with operations in 50 countries, XMReality signed the first contract with this specific division in April 2020. After a successful first year, IMI decided to extend the contract two years including branding. The solution will continue to be employed primarily in IMI’s service centers in UK, Italy and US to support their operations and customers within the oil and gas sector with problem solving related to flow technology. IMI also intend to use XMReality Remote Guidance to trouble shoot and assess problems remotely to secure their customers uptime as well as increase the efficiency between internal field technicians.“This is an existing and returning customer that now commits to a two-year period. With the addition of branding, meaning that IMI’s logo will be displayed instead of XMReality’s, stickiness is enhanced”, says Jörgen Remmelg, CEO at XMReality.
