XMReality continues to increase sales through partners

XMReality AB has had an established partnership with Viveo since February, which now brings in additional sales of licenses. XMReality and Viveo exhibited together at a property fair in Stockholm in March and one of the companies they met there has now signed a three-year contract with Viveo.

Viveo is a Swedish company that packages XMReality as a niche offer for the Swedish property market. The purpose of Viveo's service is to facilitate and streamline the handling of error reports and case management within property management. SG Applications & Management, SGAM, has now signed a three-year contract with Viveo to use their service to provide remote support to their customers.

SGAM offers customized solutions, projects and maintenance measures to utilize the data and information that is already available in the properties. By doing this, they help their customers gain better visibility and understanding of their property holdings. They have their headquarters in Gotland, but the majority of customers are in Stockholm. By using XMReality, they can thus streamline their service and support to customers by offering video support. This way, they can improve their responsiveness while replacing expensive and time-consuming flights to the mainland.

"It is very satisfying to see that we now have several partnerships which in 2023 have generated order intake for the company. In general, we see much better progress with our partnerships and a handful are now continuously delivering licensing revenues," says Andreas Jonsson, CSO at XMReality. "As previously mentioned, we see an increased demand for digital services in the real estate market and here Viveo has developed a competitive offer and positioning of video support via XMReality. Of which this deal with SGAM is a clear example."
