XMReality has received an order of licenses from Yaskawa Nordic, which is a part of Yaskawa Electric Corporation. Yaskawa Nordic is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial robots and electric- and servo-motors.

Yaskawa Nordic will use XMReality Remote GuidanceTM primarily to strengthen service and support to their customer base. By using XMReality, they can instantly connect with a customer that calls in to report an issue. All calls can easily be documented and saved for future reference or to do an efficient handover to another internal technician. Apart from using the solution for service and aftermarket support, their intention is also to test XMReality internally between technicians to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.

''We are excited to bring Yaskawa Nordic onboard as a new customer and look forward to working with them,” says Andreas Jonsson, CEO at XMReality. “It’s also great to see that XMReality’s product development with added capabilities for easy documentation is sought after by customers and most importantly, that it increases the value provided to the users."
