YA Holding announces that Lars Öberg has been appointed as new CFO of YA Holding effective as of 28 December 2023

YA Holding AB (publ) (“YA Holding” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Lars Öberg has been appointed as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of YA Holding as of 28 December 2023, following Antti Rokala’s decision to resign from his employment to take on new challenges outside of the group.

Lars Öberg, who is 52 years old, has a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics and extensive experience from senior positions, most recently he was the CFO of Thermion AB. Prior to Thermion AB, Lars was the finance manager at Arcus Utbildning & Jobbförmedling AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary to the Company, in parallel with being a senior Business and Finance controller at YrkesAkademin AB, and was at that time working closely with YA Holding’s current CFO. Lars will contribute with experience from the industry and has both a financial and operational background. Lars has among other things worked as a qualified auditor and authorised accountant consultant at Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB, has extensive experience as CFO from several companies as well as served as acting CEO for a company outside the YA Holding group during a certain period.
