YIT extends the maturity of its two credit facilities by one year
YIT has agreed with Swedbank on a one-year extension of its EUR 30 million and EUR 50 million credit facilities. The new maturity date for the EUR 30 million credit facility is in June 2021 and the new maturity date for the EUR 50 million credit facility is in October 2021.
The extensions of the loan maturities support the existing excellent liquidity position of YIT. YIT’s liquidity position was further strengthened with the cash proceeds of approximately EUR 285 million received from the closing of the sale of paving and mineral aggregates businesses on April 1, 2020.
