YIT to build a Chalet complex close to the front slopes of Levi Ski Resort

YIT Corporation Press release 29 April 2022 at 8:00 a.m.YIT has signed a contract with Cloudberry Development Oy on a real estate complex to be built as a project management contract close to the front slopes of Levi Ski Resort. The project consists of 41 holiday apartments, a parking hall, a gym, and commercial premises. The scope of the project is approximately 7,900 gross square metres. The total value of the project is around EUR 40 million, of which the YIT’s share of the construction contract is approximately EUR 20 million.
