YIT Corporation Investor News 1 July 2022 at 6:30 p.m.The City of Helsinki has selected YIT as the developer of the Kamppi Health and Well-being Centre. The project will start with a development phase and will be implemented as a cooperative project management contract. The estimated total value of the construction project is EUR 77 million, which may be revised as the development phase progresses. The development phase project will be included in the order book during the third quarter of 2022 after the two week long appeal period. The project encompasses approximately 18,000 gross square

If practical considerations such as money and location were no obstacle, the city in Finland that Finnish city dwellers would most like to move to is Helsinki, with Kamppi and Punavuori at the top of the list of the most attractive districts.
