Aker Energy selects Zalaris to deliver cloud-based HR solutions

The agreement includes implementation of core HR functionality with an option to implement a full suite of HR and talent management functionality. This includes recruiting, onboarding, performance appraisals and learning. The solution is scheduled to go live during Q1 2019.

Aker Energy AS was founded in February 2018 and is established as a member of the Aker Group. The E&P company aims to become the offshore oil and gas operator of choice in Ghana. Aker Energy is now operational with offices in Oslo and Accra, the capital of Ghana.
