Carlsberg selects Zalaris’ Nordic Payroll to deliver HR and payroll services for their operations in Denmark, Sweden and Norway
Zalaris ASA has signed an agreement with the Carlsberg Group, the third largest brewery in the world, for the provision of outsourced payroll service to Calrsberg’s approximately 5 000 employees in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
The Copenhagen based Carlsberg Group has chosen Zalaris to deliver a wide range of transactional HR services based on Zalaris’ Nordic payroll solution. Thus, enabling Carlsberg to serve their employees with common processes independent of the country that they work. At the same time the solution secures end to end integration with Carlsberg's retained systems through one common set of interfaces to Carlsberg’s own global HR, finance and other relevant systems.

Through the new solution, Zalaris will offer Carlsberg one common platform, with integration from Carlsberg Employee master data in SuccessFactors. Carlsberg will gain of having one contract, one service level and same quality-services across national borders. The scope of the agreement includes Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The agreement has already been implemented in Norway, Denmark is expected to go live on an interim setup in March 2019, Zalaris’ platforms 1st of August 2019, and in Sweden the 1st of November 2019.
