Finnair Outsources Transactional HR and Payroll to Zalaris

Zalaris HR Services has signed an outsourcing agreement with Finnair to provide payroll, time and attendance, sick leave refunds and personnel administration services for the airline’s 7000 employees.

As a result of the agreement, 15 Finnair employees - currently performing the services - will transfer and relocate to Zalaris’ Helsinki based service center with existing terms of employment. Zalaris will deliver one common web based payroll and HR platform based on Zalaris’ smartHR concept powered by SAP HCM.
