Fourth quarter 2023 financial results
Zalaris ASA (Zalaris, OSE:ZAL) reported an all-time high adj. EBIT in the fourth quarter of 2023 of NOK 33.4 million, and an adj. EBIT margin of 10.7%, reflecting strong underlying fundamentals.
Reported revenue for the quarter was NOK 312.4 million, up 25% from NOK 250.6 million in the same quarter last year.
Adjusted EBIT* increased with 118% to an all-time high of NOK 33.4 million, corresponding to a 10.7% margin for the quarter.
The reported EBIT ended at NOK 27.1 million compared to NOK 9.7 million last year.
Profit for the quarter was NOK 20.9 million, compared to a loss of NOK 12.1 million last year.
“Through our EBIT-improvement program we have increased earnings significantly, and we have exceeded our targets for the program, with a NOK 55 million increase in EBIT compared to the base-line in the third quarter 2022," says Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and founder of Zalaris.
“The company grew almost 25% in the quarter, and 13% in constant currency. For the full-year revenue increased by almost 27%. Our sales team has continued delivering on their targets closing around NOK 160 million of annual contract value of new agreements and upsell in 2023. This is considerably ahead of closed sales in the same period last year.” Mellerud concludes.
