GALERIA selects Zalaris to digitalise HR and Payroll processes

Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, is pleased to announce its official collaboration with GALERIA S.à r.l. & Co. KG, Germany's largest department store chain. 

Under the contract, Zalaris will take full responsibility for payroll and other administrative HR tasks for approximately 12,000 employees in Germany. 

Initially, the partnership will support payroll operations using GALERIA's existing systems. Over the next 16 months, Zalaris will gradually implement its own PeopleHub solution. In addition to payroll management, this solution includes a digital personnel file, a new travel expense accounting system, and comprehensive time management. All solutions will be tailored to the specific requirements of the retail sector. 

Zalaris will also digitise GALERIA's entire HR processes. At the core of this transformation is the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with key features such as enhanced manager and employee services. The goal of the collaboration is to establish a fully digital HR workflow at GALERIA.
