GJENSIDIGE BUSINESS SERVICES AB selects Zalaris to deliver payroll services and implementation of HR solution in Scandinavia

Zalaris ASA, a leading provider of outsourced payroll and HR services, has signed a five-year agreement to deliver payroll, travel & expense solutions and services to Gjensidige’s more than 3700 employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Gjensidige is a leading Nordic insurance group listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Gjensidige has provided insurance services for more than 200 years and offer insurance products in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and the Baltic states.

As part of the agreement, Zalaris will integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Zalaris PeopleHub which includes Zalaris cloud payroll solution and travel and expense solution for all employees. Furthermore, Zalaris will implement the strategic HR modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite, such as recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and workforce analytics and OpenText as document management solution.

Gjensidige’s main objectives for the partnership with Zalaris is to ensure:

  • Full outsourcing of payroll and associated services for Gjensidige in Norway, Sweden and Denmark
  • Access to a modern and flexible multi-country solution for payroll with an integrated solution for travel and expense claim handling
  • A common, fully integrated HR solution
  • Compliance with personal data protection and security requirements
  • Delivery of payroll services at a competitive price point
  • Successful transition from current situation.
