Go-live: Stadtwerke Krefeld accelerates HR digitalisation with SAP SuccessFactors
Zalaris is pleased to announce the successful go-live of phase one at Stadtwerke Krefeld with SAP SuccessFactors.
The SWK Group is active in the business areas of energy, mobility and waste disposal in Germany. It has around 3,000 employees and 670,000 energy customers nationwide and an annual turnover of around 1.2 billion Euros.
The completion of phase one of the project is an important milestone in the digital transformation and harmonisation of HR business processes at Stadtwerke Krefeld. Since October, Employee Central has been implemented as the leading master data system together with SAP modules Recruiting and Onboarding as well as the SAP Analytics Cloud and Zalaris eFile. In the second phase of the project, SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals and Succession & Development will be introduced.
