Go-live: Zalaris continues to develop Gassco’s HR system with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, today announced the successful go-live of Employee Central, an SAP SuccessFactors solution, fully integrated with Zalaris PeopleHub for Gassco.
Gassco's task is to bring natural gas from the Norwegian continental shelf to customers on behalf of natural gas producers and users of the gas transport system. Gassco AS is responsible for transporting all gas from the Norwegian shelf to Europe. The gas transport system is integrated and consists of almost 9 000 km of pipelines, riser platforms, processing plants and receiving terminals in Norway and in Europe.
The project is an important milestone in the digital transformation of Gassco aiming at unifying and digitalising HR business processes across the 5 countries the company operates in. The implementation project has successfully gone-live with SuccessFactors Employee Central fully integrated with the existing Zalaris PeopleHub which includes payroll, time and travel solutions. The next phase on the roadmap of this project will be to implement the SuccessFactors talent modules including Compensation, Performance and Goals, Succession and Career Development, and Learning Management.
