Go-live: Zalaris implements SAP SuccessFactors Learning for Bitzer in Germany
Zalaris and Bitzer celebrate the go-live of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution. The BITZER Group has been making a contribution with refrigeration and air conditioning technologies through innovative products and services for 86 years.
Bitzer has taken a decisive step to pave a new way of learning: With the support of Zalaris, it has a new uniform learning platform in use, which is based on the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution. This lays the technical foundation to further improve learning efficiency and promote continuous learning within the workforce.
From now on, Bitzer employees will benefit from the functionalities of this innovative learning management system from SAP. The introduction of central master data management with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution is an important milestone in this HR transformation journey for Bitzer.
