Go-live: Zalaris kick-starts global HR transformation project for Yunex Traffic at full speed
Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, today announced the successful phase one go-live of cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solution Employee Central and Recruiting, along with Zalaris PeopleHub for Yunex Traffic.
Zalaris is pleased to announce the go-live of the first phase of the implementation journey for infrastructure and traffic solution specialist Yunex Traffic. It was just in January when Zalaris signed the agreement to provide a global HR solution based on SAP SuccessFactors and Zalaris’ one-stop HR platform PeopleHub for Yunex Traffic's more than 3100 employees in 23 countries.
The on-time completion of phase one marks an important milestone in the overall implementation journey, which includes the complete renewal of Yunex Traffic‘s HR system. Since May, Yunex Traffic has been managing its employee data and recruiting processes across 21 countries with SAP SuccessFactors solutions Employee Central and Recruiting, and Payroll for these countries provided by activpayroll. With the globally deployable HCM platform Zalaris PeopleHub, all employee data is now managed centrally and all HR processes are simplified.

In the next phases of the project, SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning and Succession & Development will be implemented along with the roll-out of Payroll via Zalaris PeopleHub in further countries.
