Go-live: Zalaris successfully launch the Zalaris eFile solution at the Ministry of the German-speaking Community
Today Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, announced the successful launch of their Electronic Document Archive solution (Zalaris eFile) at the Ministry of the German-speaking Community, Belgium.
Zalaris are pleased to announce the go-live of Zalaris eFile at the Ministry of the German-speaking Community, which is the public administration of the German-speaking Community of Belgium, located in Eupen.
The ministry was looking for a shared digital personnel file for the human resources departments within its agencies and schools in East Belgium. The objective was to replace paper files maintained by HR, and to integrate it seamlessly with their existing HCM platform, which most authorities and administrations use as their central payroll and HR management system.
The connection to the existing mail system was introduced, with the possibility to fill the Zalaris eFile using the existing infrastructure.
The introduction of the digital personnel file has made the work within the ministry’s HCM platform more efficient and ensures the authorities, that have their own clients, can leverage the benefits of Zalaris eFile autonomously.
The security concept of the Zalaris eFile, based on SAP authorisation management, ensures that sensitive personnel data can only be viewed by authorised persons.
