HenderCare selects Zalaris to implement PeopleHub for SAP® SuccessFactors®

Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, is excited to announce an agreement with HenderCare to implement a variety of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding to their 1,500+ employees. 

HenderCare Pty Ltd is driven by a mission to inspire purpose, unlock potential, and foster a sense of community. Established in 2004, HenderCare provides health and community support to older people (aged care services) and those living with a disability (disability support services). As part of the agreement, Zalaris will implement a variety of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. The project commenced in early August 2023 and is due to go-live in mid-March 2024, leveraging Zalaris’ PeopleHub for SAP SuccessFactors solution

The main challenge for the project was around data transformation, as HenderCare had several data sources that were maintained for Employee Data across 3 different payroll systems.  

During the project an external consultancy was employed to assist with extraction, cleansing and transformation of HenderCare’s data, to ensure the new SAP SuccessFactors system has data that is of the highest quality. 

Zalaris will also implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting for HenderCare, which will expand their recruitment reach, enabling them to scale back existing processes, but at the same time provide highly effective results, and deliver a targeted candidate experience by leveraging insights throughout the recruiting process.   

The recruitment module is natively integrated into the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, which will increase employee engagement and reduce time to contribution. 

HenderCare adopted PeopleHub to optimise their HR and payroll processes and automate workflows. The objectives included integration between their Sharepoint and Zalaris’ PeopleHub for SAP SuccessFactors solution, eliminating point-to-point challenges, automating manual processes, and creating a comprehensive data repository for analytics. 

Including process automation, enabling efficient operations, and improving the employee experience across the entire employee life cycle, PeopleHub for SAP SuccessFactors has a wide range of benefits that will support the current and future needs of HenderCare, giving them the opportunity to efficiently organise operations and enable true business value. 

The project will be one of the components for HenderCare to have an integrated HR platform, having a single point of Employee Data. This phase of the project is just one of the steps in HenderCare’s HR transformation journey.
