Leading Nordic Bank DNB ASA selects Zalaris

Zalaris ASA has signed a five-year contract with DNB ASA to support their strong global workforce of approximately 9 500 employees. The agreement includes cloud solutions powered by SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Human Capital Management.

DNB ASA has chosen Zalaris ASA to deliver a wide range of cloud based HR services to their approximately 9 500 employees globally, as well as a cloud based payroll services to DNB` Norwegian workforce. The signing was communicated 11 September 2017.

The global scope includes implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for employee master data management and the SuccessFactors talent suite for talent management, work force planning and HR analytics.

DNB will implement Zalaris’ cloud solution with mobile first technology powered by SAP HCM - for payroll, time and attendance, digital personnel archive and sick-leave management for their approx. 8 500 people in Norway.

The five-year contract, of which the first phase of the delivery is set to Q1 2018, is a recognition of Zalaris’ ability to deliver leading digitalized HR solutions to large complex organizations.
