Marston’s PLC successfully go-live with Zalaris’ PeopleHub for HR & payroll solutions and services

Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, today announced the successful go-live of Zalaris’ PeopleHub HR & payroll solution and services for Marston's PLC’s 14,500 employees and pensioners.

Marston’s PLC is a leading pub operator in the UK and employs around 12,000 employees. They have a diverse pub estate of around 1,500 pubs and bars which allows them to offer something for every guest in each of the communities in which they operate. 

The objective for Marston’s was clear; they are a people-powered business and they wanted to deploy a user-friendly, all-inclusive HR & payroll solution for their employees. With the expectations set clear, Zalaris have successfully deployed their full-suite PeopleHub solution, including cloud-based HR, payroll, time & attendance, organisation management and travel & expenses. 

The deployment includes three monthly payrolls and one weekly payroll, and also features easy and robust payroll reporting functionalities along with several integrations to workforce management and training systems. The Zalaris portal and mobile solution will enhance the overall employee user-experience at Marston’s PLC.  

The scope of the project also includes the management and maintenance of the solution on behalf of Marston’s PLC. Zalaris will continue to provide application support to further enhance, future proof and evolve the HR and payroll technology for the benefit of Marston’s PLC.
