Médecins Sans Frontières relies on Zalaris to implement SAP SuccessFactors
Zalaris announces the implementation of the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solutions - Employee Central, Onboarding and Embeded Analytics for Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières), an independent international aid organisation.
Doctors Without Borders has been providing emergency medical aid in crisis and war zones in over 70 countries since 1971. Full-time and part-time employees as well as a large number of internationally and nationally recruited employees work for the organisation worldwide. In order to be able to manage personnel processes even more efficiently in the future, a call for tenders for the introduction of a new central personnel management system was launched.

The project began last year with an advisory phase in which existing processes were analysed and the needs for the software solution were developed from the workshop. The result was a concept that forms the basis for the subsequent implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors solutions - Employee Central, Onboarding and Embeded Analytics.
