New appointment strengthening Zalaris’ regional expansion plans
Zalaris adds Chief Human Resources Officer to its European-wide management group, with sharp focus on business development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Zalaris, a leading regional HR industry specialist, further reinforced the implementation of its expansion strategy in the German-speaking countries through the appointment of Jörg John to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) within the management team of its European-wide operating group.

Supporting expansion plans
Jörg John takes over responsibility for strategic HR at Zalaris. Among other recent developments, Zalaris – established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) expert for SAP HCM – became one of the first BPO partners for SuccessFactors, which SAP acquired in February 2012.

Jörg John will be located in Germany and is bringing more than 25 years of HR industry experience to the Zalaris’ management team. Prior to Zalaris, Jörg served as Managing Director for fidelis HR and HR Manager for T-Mobile und Wacker Chemie.

He joined the Zalaris management team in February 2017, bringing more than 25 years of HR industry experience to the Executive Board-level position. Prior to Zalaris, Jörg served as HR Manager for T-Mobile und Wacker Chemie. He was also Managing Director of the former Fujitsu subsidiary fidelis HR, where he successfully restructured and repositioned operations within the HR outsourcing sector, leading to a two-digit increase in EBITDA margin.
