Nordea Prolongs and Extends Nordic HR Outsourcing Deal with Zalaris

Nordea has prolonged its outsourcing agreement with Zalaris HR services for the provision of payroll, time and attendance, travel expense and personnel administration services for Nordea covering more than 30’000 employees in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

As a result of the prolonged agreement, Zalaris' will continue to deliver pan-Nordic HR Outsourcing processes to Nordea covering employee data management, payroll, time and attendance, travel expenses, pension administration and employee help desk. The services are delivered based on Zalaris' smartHR integrated HR template with web based processes powered by the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution. In addition, functionality for SAP Learning Solution and SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) will be provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

In 2010 we have extended our agreements with all five customers up for renewal. Prolonging the agreement with Nordea marks our position as the leading Nordic Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) provider of services based on SAP HR. Our service center staff and SAP consultants have worked in partnership with Nordea to create one common HR operating model across their Nordic operations.
