Railway sales and ticketing solutions provider Entur extends payroll outsourcing agreement with Zalaris

The Norwegian railway sales and ticketing solutions provider Entur extends its agreement with Zalaris for another two years. The agreement includes business process outsourcing, salary, sickleave refunds services and travel and expenses for Entur’s 300 employees.

Entur was separated from the major nordic transport group NSB in 2015. Today, Entur handles around 21 million train tickets and 500 000 client enquiries annually and signed a separate contract with Zalaris three years ago. The agreement has now been extended for another two years.

Entur operates the national registry for all public transport in Norway, collecting data from 60 public transportation operators. The registry contains data about 21 000 daily departures on 3 000 routes. Based on this registry Entur also provides Norway’s public transport route planner “Entur”. Via Entur`s website travelers can plan journeys door to door across Norway.
