Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA

On 10 April 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 4.480 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,30. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 218.992 own shares, representing ~1,09% of the total outstanding shares.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
