Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA

On 16 April 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 861 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 25,0390. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 226.293 own shares, representing ~1,12% of the total outstanding shares.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
