Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA

On 29 April 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 979 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 23,8243. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 239.772 own shares, representing ~1,19% of the total outstanding shares.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
