Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA

On 15 May 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1650 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,8242. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 267.562 own shares, representing ~1,33% of the total outstanding shares.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
