Stora Enso chooses Zalaris for Payroll and Time Management services

Reference is made to the announcement on 25th of April regarding the signing of an agreement with a leading European multinational industrial company.

Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, today announced the signing of a seven-year agreement with Stora Enso, covering Payroll and Time Management technology and outsourcing services for employees operating in Finland. Stora Enso is a leading global provider of renewable solutions in packaging, biomaterials, wooden construction and paper.

The new agreement includes the delivery of global technology, payroll and time outsourcing services based on Zalaris’ multi-country payroll solution to serve Stora Enso’s 6 000 employees in Finland. This is to be integrated with the Stora Enso’s Workday based global HR system. As part of the agreement approx. 20 employees located in Kemi and Imatra will transfer from Stora Enso to Zalaris.

Outsourcing of payroll and time management services to Zalaris is a part of the Stora Enso’s broader change program, including HR transformation and digitisation of processes on a global level.
