Telefónica Deutschland / O2 awards Zalaris agreement for payroll outsourcing services
Zalaris ASA has been awarded a five-year agreement to provide outsourced payroll services to Telefónica’s 8,200 employees in Germany.
As part of the agreement Zalaris will consolidate Telefónica Deutschland / O2’s two SAP payroll solutions to Zalaris’ SAP powered PeopleHub concept with the goal of maximising quality and efficiency through automation and digital workflows. The solution will be integrated with Telefónica Deutschland / O2’s SAP SuccessFactors based global HR system with a production start date in January 2022.
Telefónica’s employees and managers will receive a comprehensive suite of payroll outsourcing services from Zalaris’ Leipzig based service center.
Reuse of trusted SAP Payroll/Time on-premise solutions with Mobile App enabled processes and automation technologies in the Zalaris Cloud.
Zalaris’ cloud based transformational Payroll and HR approach supports customers consolidating multiple solutions into one cloud-based system in a timely and cost-effective manner. The services are perfect for companies that want to future proof their investments in SAP Payroll and Time through moving these to the Zalaris Cloud platform located in Europe. Including responsibility for the maintenance and future upgrades, mobile app supported processes, analytics and extensive automation delivered back as Business Process as a Service (BPaas).
