Zalaris are honoured to receive the SAP Quality Award in Business Transformation
Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, are extremely honoured to receive the SAP Quality Award in the Business Transformation category, recognising their outstanding SAP implementation for the project with Yunex Traffic, a global leader in intelligent traffic systems.
Each year, SAP Germany presents the Quality Award to customers who excel in the planning and execution of implementation projects. Successful SAP implementations do not just demonstrate project planning, but also a focus on fast and cost-effective implementations that equal the SAP standards.
To achieve this award, projects are evaluated by a jury based on ten quality principles recommended by SAP, the execution of which promises better results in the implementation of standard software. The aim is to award a project that generates measurable added value and meets the demand for short implementation cycles and demonstrates exceptional performance.
The SAP Quality Award was presented to Zalaris for successfully collaborating with and supporting Yunex Traffic for their SAP HR & Payroll ambitions. Yunex Traffic was looking for a supplier for HCM as well as payroll, with the possibilities to expand the solution as Yunex Traffic expands its organisation with 3,100+ employees in more than 20 countries. The scope of the project was the implementation of payroll for the UK and Germany powered by S4/HANA and the integration of a central payroll solution for all other countries, along with the implementation of a cloud-based HR system and its integration into the Zalaris PeopleHub solution.
The key milestones were based on the SAP Activate Methodology which was used for the implementation. The Prepare Phase was finalised by the end of January 2022, the Explore Phase took place in the months of February and March with Realisation stretching from April through October. Deployment happened in November and December with the Hypercare following this.
