Zalaris ASA initiates a share buy-back program

The Board of Directors of Zalaris ASA (the "Company") has resolved to initiate a share buy-back program pursuant to the resolution passed by the Company's annual general meeting held on 15th May 2018 authorizing the Board of Directors to repurchase shares in the Company with a total nominal value of up to NOK 201,230 at a price per share between NOK 0.10 and NOK 160.

The Board of Directors has resolved to repurchase up to 500,000 shares in the Company at a price per share not to exceed NOK 160 for the purpose of meeting the Company's obligations in respect of employee share purchase programs or other allocations of shares to employees of the Company and its associates.

The purchase period commences today, 12th of March 2019 and will end on the date of the Company's annual general meeting, which is scheduled to be held on 21st May 2019. Nordea Markets is mandated for the execution of this share buy-back program and will make its trading decisions in relation to the Company’s shares independently of, and without influence by, the Company with regard to the timing of the purchases.

The share buy-back program will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, including the rules of the Oslo Stock Exchange and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
