Zalaris celebrates the successful go-live with Amica Group
Zalaris is pleased to announce that Amica Group is live with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals implemented by Zalaris Poland.
Amica Group is the largest Polish producer of white goods. This is one of the largest SuccessFactors projects in the region in which Zalaris Poland is running independently.

This project is an important milestone in the digital transformation of Amica Group, which aims to unify and digitise their HR business processes. The implementation, which is planned in four phases (until March 2023), includes these modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning and Succession & Development.
The scope of implementation covers a total of 3 170 employees in Poland, Denmark and the UK.
