Zalaris supports the city of Solingen with the successful go-live of two SAP® SuccessFactors® Solutions
Zalaris, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and support creating sustainable businesses, today announced the successful go-live of two SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions for the city of Solingen’s 2,500 employees.
Solingen, a city in Germany, has 160,000 inhabitants in Bergisches Land and belongs to the administrative district of Düsseldorf. The city of Solingen employs around 2,500 people.
Last year, Zalaris won the deal to support the city of Solingen with their ambitions to implement SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions, and today, with the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, the city of Solingen has set itself the goal to further expand its potential in this area and optimising its internal processes.
The implementation took place in a "hybrid" model: The existing SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution remains the leading ERP system, while the two recruiting and onboarding offerings were implemented as cloud-based solutions based on the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio. The project was carried out in cooperation with regio iT gmbH, one of the largest IT service providers in the public sector.
