Zengun Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) has issued a senior secured bond loan of SEK 750,000,000 on 24 February 2026, within a total framework amount of SEK 1,500,000,000. The bonds carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 4.50 per cent. per annum and matures 24 February 2030. In connection with this, the Company has prepared a prospectus. On 5 February 2024 Zengun Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) issued SEK 400 million senior secured sustainability-linked bonds within a total framework of SEK 600 million (the “Bonds”).
