Zengun Group AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of senior secured sustainability-linked bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm
On 5 February 2024 Zengun Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) issued SEK 400 million senior secured sustainability-linked bonds within a total framework of SEK 600 million (the “Bonds”).
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, the Company intends to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list. An application for admission to trading of the Bond will be submitted to Nasdaq Stockholm shortly.
The first day of trading of the Bond is expected to occur on or around 1 March 2024.
In connection with the application for admission to trading of the Bonds, the Company has prepared a prospectus which today, on 26 February 2024, has been approved by and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The prospectus will be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Company’s website, www.zengun.se.
