Björn Ingemanson is proposed as the new chairman of Ziklo Bank
The nomination comittee of Ziklo Bank, formerly known as Volvofinans Bank, has proposed Björn Ingemanson as the new chairman of the bank. Björn is proposed to succeed Urmas Kruusval, who is stepping down after leading the bank, both as CEO 1990-1999, and then as chairman of the board since 2007.
Björn Ingemanson has many years of solid experience in the financial and automotive industry. During the past 25 years he has been marketing manager and CEO at Ziklo Bank, marketing director for Volvo Cars Japan, European manager for Volvo Financial Services, CFO and division manager for Volvo Trucks and most recently CEO of Volvo Penta.

The chairman will be appointed in connection with the banks ordinary Annual General Meeting on the 4th of June, subject to an approved management review by Finansinspektionen.
