    COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 100As stated in Company Announcement no. 81, 29 November 2023, LED iBond International A/S (“LED iBond”) successfully reached agreements for DKK 10 million in new funding. The first step was completed in December 2023 by issuance of 12,857,141 new shares, raising DKK 4.5 million. The second step is to raise the remaining DKK 5.5 million through issuance of two tranches of convertible loans, conditional to two sequential milestone deliveries.     COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 98Lars Frederiksen, co-founder of LED iBond and inventor of the fundamental patented inventions upon which LED iBond’s activities are based, has retired from his position in the company. Lars Frederiksen states: "It is the right time for LED iBond as well as for me. For me, the background is health and age, and at the same time LED iBond has today reached a stage of development that makes it a natural step. We have agreed that I will be available throughout the year in relevant contexts, and I look forward to following the future development of LED iBond."

    Change of Certified Adviser

The issue of 12,857,144 new shares at a price of DKK 0.35 per share has been registered with the Danish Business Authority. As announced in Company announcement no. 81 on 29 November 2023, this is the first step in the reached agreements for DKK 10 million in new funding. LED iBond is far progressed in work relating to two large projects within indoor farming and parking solutions, for a combined value of DKK 1.2 million, which were previously expected to be ordered and delivered before the end of 2023. Both projects are now expected for delivery during the first part of 2024, and as such the associated revenue will move from 2023 to 2024, hereby resulting in a revised short-term outlook for 2023.
