Carnegie, Nordea, SEB and DNB Markets (together the “Managers”) have notified AcadeMedia AB (publ) (“AcadeMedia”, the “Company” or the “Group”), Marvin Holding Limited and the other selling shareholders (together the “Selling Shareholders”) that the over-allotment option has been exercised in full.
