The Swedish Competition Authority approves AcadeMedia's acquisition of Vindora

The Swedish Competition Authority today approved AcadeMedia's acquisition of Vindora. The acquisition is expected to be completed on November 1, 2017, in line with previous communication. The number of children and students in AcadeMedia’s three school segments increases with 4.5 percent during the first quarter of 2017/18 compared to the corresponding period  last year. This means that the average number of children and students attending one of the company’s preschools or schools is 68 098 (65 143) during the quarter.
