First day of trading in the AcadeMedia share

Today AcadeMedia AB (publ) (“AcadeMedia”, the “Company” or the “Group”), announces the outcome of the offer to acquire shares in the Company in connection with the Company’s Initial Public Offering (the “Offering”). The Offering, with regards to the number of shares available, was subscribed more than 40 times and attracted very strong interest from both Swedish and International institutions as well as the general public in Sweden.
