Addnode Group acquires Elpool i Umeå AB

STOCKHOLM, 10 maj 2021 – Addnode Group has acquired the software company Elpool i Umeå AB. The company had sales of SEK 6 m for the fiscal year 2019/2020. The acquisition strengthens Addnode Group’s offer within digital solutions for sustainable infrastructure.

Elpool i Umeå AB (Elpool) will be part of the Addnode Group's division Process Management and has a business that will fit well together with our current subsidiary Stamford AB. Elpool adds expertise within digital solutions for expansion and maintenance of electricity networks.
