Addnode Group acquires Irish Procad Limited
Addnode Group today announces that the company acquires Irish Procad Limited (Procad). Procad is a leading Autodesk partner in the Irish market, providing digital solutions for design, BIM and product data for architects and engineers in the construction and manufacturing industries. Procad has 18 employees, sales in 2020 amounted to SEK 50 m.
Procad holds extensive expertise in the construction and manufacturing sectors and is Ireland's second largest Autodesk partner. The company provides software, implementation, training, consulting and support. Procad will become part of Addnode Group's company Symetri, and thus be part of the division Design Management.
