Addnode Group acquires software company IntraPhone and strengthens its offering within Primary care

Addnode Group has entered into an agreement to acquire the software company IntraPhone, which develops solutions for the Swedish primary care market. The company has net sales of approximately SEK 35 million.

IntraPhone provides mobile solutions for planning, registration and monitoring within home care, special accommodation and personal assistance. The solutions are used by more than 45 Swedish municipalities.

We have known the company for a long time since they have been both a partner and a competitor to our subsidiary Kompanion, which provides a modern cloud solution for home care planning. Now, when we gather the strengths within one group, we will have even better conditions for helping our customers to improve patient safety, quality and availability within primary care, says Andreas Wikholm, President of Division Process Management.  

Addnode Group AB intends to finalize the acquisition on the 1stof April 2019, provided that certain conditions have been met. The company will be part of Addnode Group’s Process Management Division.
