Addnode Group acquires software company Landborgen and strengthens its position as a leading provider of case management systems
Stockholm, August 15, 2018 - Addnode Group has acquired the software company Landborgen, which provides case management systems for the Swedish municipalities' permit and supervisory activities. The company is a leading supplier in its market segment and has net sales of approximately SEK 10 M.
Landborgen has 20 years of experience in developing user-friendly and reliable case management solutions for licensing and supervision activities, including alcohol permits. The company's products AlkT and OL2 are used by more than 80 percent of Sweden's municipalities. In recent years, the company has also achieved success outside Sweden's borders and, among other things, supplies solutions to Oslo municipality.
