Addnode Group’s subsidiary Symetri strengthen its UK operations with the acquisition of Majenta`s Autodesk activities

April 5, 2019 – Symetri part of Addnode Group, Europe’s leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities, announced today that they have acquired the activities of Majenta`s Autodesk division with an annual net sale of approximately SEK 40 million.

The acquisition will further extend Symetri's reach in the UK market and is in line with the strategy to be an international market-leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities.
