NCFE MARKS SEXUAL HEALTH WEEK WITH NEW QUALIFICATIONS

Sexual health problems amongst the UK’s young people must be addressed with carefully-targeted education and development, according to leading national qualification provider NCFE. NCFE is helping raise awareness of sexual health issues with the launch of a new qualification a Level 1 Award in Sexual Health Awareness, alongside the annual Sexual Health Awareness Week, from 13th-17th September. The qualification will raise learners’ awareness of relationship issues, contraception, sexual health and the laws surrounding it, and is suitable for pre-16 learners. COMMUNITY MUSIC FESTIVAL SET TO ROCK TYNESIDE

An all-new community music festival with a difference is set to rock Tyneside’s Chase Park this summer.
