UKRAINE ADOPTED NEW LAND LAW DISCRIMINATING COMPANIES WITH FOREIGN OWNERS

Agromino (the “Company”) informs that yesterday the President of Ukraine signed new land law which will lead to discrimination of foreign investors in Ukrainian agriculture. Due to the information that was announced yesterday, 27 March 2018, the board of directors of Agromino A/S (the Company) requires additional time to rework the sections in the annual report that deals with material events following the balance sheet date. Agromino announces disposal of a non-core part of its elevator business

Agromino A/S (also the “Company”) announces that a share purchase agreement for the sale of its Ukrainian subsidiary – PrJSC “Novomirgorodskiy Elevator” (also the “Elevator”) for a price of USD 2.6 million has been signed.
