Eurhonet Partners with AktivBo for Benchmarking and Tenant Satisfaction
Eurhonet - the European Housing Network – has initiated a collaboration with AktivBo to enhance focus on tenant satisfaction and data-driven improvements. Eurhonet consists of 36 public and social housing providers from Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Proptech and data analytics company AktivBo has been commissioned by Eurhonet to carry out a benchmarking study based upon tenant feedback gathered from standardized tenant surveys. The overall purpose of the initiative is to strengthen focus on tenant satisfaction through cross country comparisons, best practices and data driven improvements. Eurhonet takes a European perspective on social and public housing and focuses on knowledge sharing and best practices for their member companies.
– Service quality and tenant satisfaction are naturally key topics for us and tie well into our efforts within social sustainability. When it comes to tenant feedback and tenant satisfaction improvements AktivBo is a thought leader, and the benchmarking study will give us valuable insights. We will also focus on leadership and how the tenant satisfaction work can be used to improve employee engagement, says Alessandro Cesale, Director General at Eurhonet.
The tenant feedback being analysed is collected through AktivBo’s CSC industry survey which includes a range of benchmarkable questions that encapsulates the overall tenant experience. The outcome of the study will provide insights into which areas are most important for the tenants when it comes to overall tenant satisfaction.

AktivBo will present the findings during a keynote presentation on data-driven tenant satisfaction improvements at the Eurhonet Leadership Summit in London in June. The benchmarking study and analysis will also be summarized in a report for all Eurhonet members.
